Once you have completed the Relationship Assessment, linked at the bottom of this page, and read your results, you will learn much more about each independent element of the Five Foundations of Enduring Relationship in your copy of the companion book, and the workbook, which you may access below.

This book offers you brief, but in depth explanations and information regarding each dimension -- and where you can begin to understand the framework behind the Relationship Assessment.
Use the workbook as you travel through each element included in the Relationship Assessment, begin to identify areas and patterns of situations, and engage in the exercises included in this "Reflection to Action" workbook... because just identifying the issues does not create action without energy and focus.
